tiilo는 무료 기능과 유료 프리미엄 기능을 제공합니다.
프리미엄 상품은 월간·연간 자동 갱신 구독과 일회성 평생 이용권으로 제공됩니다.
월간·연간 구독은 이용자가 해지하지 않는 한 Apple의 결제 조건에 따라 자동 갱신됩니다.
평생 이용권은 한 번의 결제로 프리미엄 기능을 지속적으로 이용할 수 있는 상품입니다. 추가 구독료나 정기 결제가 발생하지 않으며, 별도의 이용 기간 만료일이 없습니다. 단, 환불 또는 구매 취소 등으로 이용 권한이 회수되는 경우는 제외합니다.
상품별 가격과 이용 조건은 앱의 구매 화면 및 App Store에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다.
결제, 구독 관리 및 환불은 Apple의 관련 절차와 적용 법령에 따라 처리되며, 이용자에게 법령상 보장되는 청약철회 및 환불 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
제4조 데이터 및 개인정보 보호
tiilo의 활동 기록과 설정 등 일부 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
이용자가 iCloud 백업 기능을 사용하는 경우 관련 데이터가 Apple의 iCloud를 통해 저장될 수 있습니다.
일부 알림 및 Live Activity 기능을 제공하기 위해 필요한 정보는 외부 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱에서 제공하는 기능을 통해 저장된 데이터를 초기화할 수 있습니다. 다만 기기 데이터 초기화, iCloud 백업 삭제, 서버 개인정보 삭제 및 구독 해지는 각각 별도의 절차로 처리됩니다.

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the tiilo application provided by WITPEACELOVE, as well as the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator.
Article 1. About the Service
tiilo is a mobile application that provides tools for focusing, managing timers and schedules, and tracking activities.
Some features may require an internet connection, notification permissions, or certain operating system capabilities.
Article 2. Use of the Service
tiilo can be used without creating an account.
Users must comply with applicable laws and must not interfere with the normal operation of the service or infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties.
The operator may restrict misuse of the service to the extent reasonably necessary to maintain its security and stability.
Article 3. Paid Services
tiilo offers both free and paid Premium features.
Premium is available through automatically renewing monthly and annual subscriptions, as well as a one-time Lifetime Access purchase.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically under Apple's billing terms unless canceled by the user.
Lifetime Access provides ongoing access to Premium features with a single payment. No additional subscription fees or recurring charges apply, and the access has no expiration date. This does not apply if the purchase is refunded, canceled, or the associated entitlement is otherwise revoked.
Prices and purchase conditions are displayed on the app's purchase screen and in the App Store.
Payments, subscription management, and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's applicable procedures and relevant laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights users may have regarding withdrawal from a purchase or refunds.
Article 4. Data and Privacy
Some data, including activity records and settings, is stored on the user's device.
If the user enables iCloud backup, relevant data may be stored through Apple's iCloud service.
Certain information required to provide notifications and Live Activities may be processed on external servers.
Users can reset stored data using the features provided in the app. However, resetting device data, deleting iCloud backups, requesting deletion of personal data stored on servers, and canceling subscriptions are separate processes.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der von WITPEACELOVE bereitgestellten App tiilo sowie die Rechte und Pflichten der Nutzer und des Betreibers.

tiilo ist eine mobile App zur Unterstützung der Konzentration, zur Nutzung von Timern, zur Terminplanung und zur Aufzeichnung von Aktivitäten.
Für bestimmte Funktionen können eine Internetverbindung, die Berechtigung zum Senden von Mitteilungen oder bestimmte Betriebssystemfunktionen erforderlich sein.
Artikel 2. Nutzung des Dienstes
tiilo kann ohne Registrierung eines Benutzerkontos genutzt werden.
Nutzer müssen die geltenden Gesetze einhalten. Sie dürfen den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Dienstes nicht beeinträchtigen und keine Rechte anderer Nutzer oder Dritter verletzen.
Der Betreiber kann eine missbräuchliche Nutzung im erforderlichen Umfang einschränken, um die Sicherheit und Stabilität des Dienstes zu gewährleisten.
Artikel 3. Kostenpflichtige Funktionen
tiilo bietet sowohl kostenlose als auch kostenpflichtige Premium-Funktionen an.
Premium ist als automatisch verlängerbares Monats- oder Jahresabonnement sowie als einmalig zu erwerbender lebenslanger Zugang erhältlich.
Monats- und Jahresabonnements verlängern sich gemäß den Zahlungsbedingungen von Apple automatisch, sofern sie nicht vom Nutzer gekündigt werden.
Der lebenslange Zugang ermöglicht die dauerhafte Nutzung der Premium-Funktionen mit einer einmaligen Zahlung. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Abonnementgebühren oder wiederkehrenden Zahlungen an. Der Zugang hat kein festgelegtes Ablaufdatum. Dies gilt nicht, wenn der Kauf erstattet, storniert oder die Nutzungsberechtigung anderweitig widerrufen wird.
Die Preise und Nutzungsbedingungen der einzelnen Produkte werden im Kaufbereich der App und im App Store angezeigt.
Zahlungen, die Verwaltung von Abonnements und Erstattungen erfolgen gemäß den entsprechenden Verfahren von Apple und den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Gesetzlich gewährleistete Rechte der Nutzer auf Widerruf oder Erstattung bleiben unberührt.
Artikel 4. Daten und Datenschutz
Ein Teil der Daten, darunter Aktivitätsaufzeichnungen und Einstellungen, wird auf dem Gerät des Nutzers gespeichert.
Wenn der Nutzer die iCloud-Datensicherung verwendet, können die entsprechenden Daten über den iCloud-Dienst von Apple gespeichert werden.
Bestimmte Informationen, die für Mitteilungen und Live Activities benötigt werden, können auf externen Servern verarbeitet werden.
Nutzer können gespeicherte Daten über die entsprechenden Funktionen in der App zurücksetzen. Das Zurücksetzen der Gerätedaten, das Löschen von iCloud-Sicherungen, die Beantragung der Löschung personenbezogener Daten auf Servern und die Kündigung von Abonnements sind jedoch separate Vorgänge.

Aufgrund von Einschränkungen des Betriebssystems, Mitteilungseinstellungen, Netzwerkbedingungen oder Störungen externer Dienste können einzelne Funktionen eingeschränkt oder Mitteilungen verzögert werden.
Sollten wesentliche Änderungen oder die Einstellung des Dienstes erforderlich sein, wird der Betreiber die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Informationen bereitstellen und sich um den Schutz der Rechte der Nutzer bemühen.

Der Betreiber bemüht sich um einen stabilen Betrieb des Dienstes. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen schränken weder die gesetzlich gewährleisteten Rechte der Nutzer noch die gesetzliche Haftung des Betreibers in unzulässiger Weise ein.

Certaines fonctionnalités peuvent nécessiter une connexion Internet, l’autorisation d’envoyer des notifications ou des fonctions spécifiques du système d’exploitation.
Article 2. Utilisation du service
tiilo peut être utilisée sans créer de compte.
Les utilisateurs doivent respecter les lois applicables. Ils ne doivent pas perturber le bon fonctionnement du service ni porter atteinte aux droits d’autres utilisateurs ou de tiers.
L’exploitant peut limiter les utilisations abusives du service lorsque cela est nécessaire pour en préserver la sécurité et la stabilité.
Article 3. Services payants
tiilo propose des fonctionnalités gratuites ainsi que des fonctionnalités Premium payantes.
L’offre Premium est disponible sous forme d’abonnements mensuels ou annuels à renouvellement automatique, ainsi que d’un accès à vie acheté en une seule fois.
Les abonnements mensuels et annuels sont automatiquement renouvelés conformément aux conditions de facturation d’Apple, sauf résiliation par l’utilisateur.
L’accès à vie permet de profiter durablement des fonctionnalités Premium grâce à un paiement unique. Il n’entraîne aucun frais d’abonnement supplémentaire ni paiement récurrent et ne comporte aucune date d’expiration. Cette disposition ne s’applique pas si l’achat fait l’objet d’un remboursement, d’une annulation ou d’un retrait des droits d’accès.
Les prix et les conditions de chaque offre sont indiqués sur l’écran d’achat de l’application et dans l’App Store.
